The history of foundation and development of Krasnoyarsk command river school

In the study the development of Krasnoyarsk river school as main edu- cational institution in the system of training for Yenisey River Shipping Company is considered from the moment of foundation of school and till 1990-s. The research objective consists in the formation of a complex picture of history of river school during considered period. The influence of a num- ber of internal and external factors on the development of school is consid- ered. The conclusion can be made that in many respects the vector of devel- opment of school was defined by the problems of economic development of northern regions of Krasnoyarsk Region. In the conditions of absence of regular land message waterways remained the only profitable way of cargo delivery for industrial platforms of Norilsk area. In many respects it defined prompt development of Yenisey River Shipping Company and, as a result, created the need for new stuff. Thus various factors had impact on the de- velopment of school in different years: during pre-war period there were political repressions, in post-war period the government stated the tasks of accumulation industrial capacity of the country...
