The history of the formation and development of legal regulation of migration processes in Russia

Nowadays, modern society is experiencing several global problems simultaneously affecting the vital interests of all citizens. One such problem is the migration crisis, which has a significant impact on all spheres of activity and the political, legal and economic processes taking place in them. Population migration belongs to the category of natural phenomena, and therefore all migration processes are subject to certain universal laws of social development, however, at the same time, they acquire specificity depending on historical time and place.
