The history of the management of the Bryanskaya volost of Transbaikal region (end XIX-beginning of XX centuries)

The article describes the process of formation in the Russian Empire in the second half of the XIX as the administrative and territorial structure of the state. The management structure is presented, the main administrative features are described - parietal converge, parish master with parish control, parish peasant court. A special place in the article is the analysis of the parish management in the Transbaikal region with the example of the Bryansk parish. On the basis of a wide range of archival material, Bryanskaya Volost was examined. In 1884 it emerged as a separate administrative unit and became the basis of interaction of the regional administration and the peasant peace in Transbaikal. The material analysed the issues of socio-economic development and the central administration of the Territory within the regional regional regional structure. It is shown how the government has managed to create on the territory of Transbaikal a «movable» bureaucracy of authority and to include peasantry in the general kanva of the trans-Baikal administration.
