History of origination and establishment of the institution of inter-branch prejudice in Russian criminal procedure

The paper considers history of establishment of a legal institution of inter-branch prejudice in Russian criminal procedure. The study carries out analysis of legal acts regulating prejudicial significance of decisions in civil proceedings, in criminal case’ trial both in pre-revolutionary and post-revolutionary periods.
