History: past and future

Historical periods usually can be characterized by predominance of productive property of individualistic or collectivist nature. However, there are periods of synthetic forms of ownership, which result in the fastest pace of the cultural progress. In particular, these were the classic antique Polis and communes of the Renaissance. In the author’s opinion such a period is awaiting the world after the end of industrial economy crisis, when the new informational economy will form.
