Historical cultural heritage and basic values of small towns of Russia in the framework of cross-cultural dialogue (on the example of the city of Murom, Vladimir region)

The given article is devoted to the problems of realization of international projects and increase of their effectiveness under the conditions of modern cross-cultural communications (on the example of the city of Murom). The cultural-symbolic potential of small towns of Russia is analyzed with the purpose of revealing basic values of Russian culture, and in particular, of Vladimir region. It is underlined that the most efficient variant of the realization of the identified potential of cultural heritage is the region itself. Special attention is given to the development of cross-cultural dialogue in the framework of successful realization of international projects, as well as to the formation of new communication strategies.
