History-oriented information systems: «Perm» project experience

On the basis of the projects realized in Perm State University the approaches to creation and implementation of history-oriented information systems are considered. The possibilities and limitations of different approaches are analysed. Special attention is paid to the systems with their special tools for scientific researches. The trends for using information systems in historical education are revealed.
