In article the historiographic review of historical researches is given in the field of an agrarian policy of the USSR in 30th, time when in the Russian national economy there were critical transformations - collectivization and industrialization. The author undertakes attempt to track the basic laws in studying the given problem, the general character and group of the works devoted to agrarian subjects, and also to allocate the characteristic points of view on the given theme.
