The recovery of residential premises from bona fide purchasers. A review of jurisprudence

The author analyzes the criteria of good faith or bad faith of homebuyers in the light of the explanations given by the Supreme Court in judicial review in matters relating to the reclamation of the premises of bona fide purchasers, on the claims of state bodies and local authorities. It gives examples of the practice of courts of general jurisdiction. It concludes that the existing rule of law does not fully protect the rights and interests of bona fide buyers.
