Results and prospects of studying archaeological sites in the territory of the urban district of Ufa

The work analyzed materials on archaeological field work (excavations, exploration and observations), which were carried out in the period 1990-2020. During this period, the archaeological sites of the city of Ufa were studied mainly in the framework of the implementation of economic contractual work. As a result, researchers once again emphasize that the historical and cultural potential of the territory of the capital of the Republic of Bashkortostan is very high. In the conditions of active urbanization, the task of archaeological research is aimed at preserving the identified archaeological monuments and discovering new objects in the zones of economic assimilation.
