Thearticledealswiththeresultsofstudyingthespeciescompositionofthenaturalparks“Shcherbakovsky”,“Donskoy”, “Nizhnekhopersky” and “Tsimplyansky Sands” that consists of 730 species of the Coleoptera of 49 bloodlines. The complex is based on the bloodline of darkling beetles, lamellicorn beetles, weevils, desert beetles, ladybirds, blister beetles and leaf beetles. There is conducted the assessment of the efficiency of the use of different methods of beetles of various bloodlines. There are defined the peculiarities of the Coleoptera structure for the studying parks with consideration to the ecological variety of their biotopes.
