Until now, the theme of repression has not been deep enough and objective analysis. As reasons for the title may refer to insufficient study of specific historical periods, limited to certain extent and inaccessibility of factual material. There is no concept of presentation of a particular historical time. One form of repression was disfranchisement. In any society, disenfranchisement of certain categories of the population is an inevitable attribute of the electoral system. Relevant is the study of electoral qualifications or restrictions established in the regulations for the purpose of the removal of the population from participating in the elections and prevent them in the representative institutions. A significant moment in the history of electoral law in our country is the period covering the 1920-1930-ies, characteristic feature of which is the institution of deprivation of suffrage. This article focuses on this form of political repression.
