To the history of medical law development in the Russian Federation

Medical law in Russia has undergone significant changes throughout its existence. The process of creating a legal framework for the development of medicine was influenced largely by the geopolitical situation, political regime and worldview of the ruling class. At the same time, each legal act adopted in its time has influenced the development of medical legislation.
