From the history of notary in Russia

Each stage in the history of state development is accompanied by the emergence of various organizational structures, public-legal institutions in the state mechanism. Notary also appears at some stage of state development, because without it, it is impossible to develop harmonious social relations. This has happened in all states, and the emergence of notaries in the Russian state is not an exception. The history of the formation of notaries in our country, as in all other countries, ranging from individual cases of compiling elementary identity cards or rightfulness of property to a modern system of notary services, took the time period equal to the entire history of Russia.
