The new manufacturing techniques of ceramic mould from bulk self-hardening mixtures on the basis of metalphosphate binders with the usage of nanosecond electromagnetic impulses are developed. It allows accelerating the forming cycle, excluding the drying of moulds and cores, and improving the complex of their physical-mechanical properties. It results in improvement of the casting surface condition in founding by dispensable patterns.
