Domestic animal removal in the law sanctions system

The article covers the analysis of the forcible removal of domestic animals in case of their improper treatment, and defining the position of this measure in the law sanction system. A conclusion is made about the administrative legal nature of this sanction and about the necessity to impose the obligation of its application onto the public subject, i.e. the local bodies ofself-goverment. The civil legal consequences of the domestic animal removal by way of termination of the owner’s rights do not change the public legal nature of the removal.
