Withdrawal of the land plots for the state or municipal needs located in borders of special economic zones in the Russian Federation

In the article the legal problems arising from the seizure of land for state and municipal needs, located within the boundaries of the special economic zones of the Russian Federation. Conditions are considered, and the possibility of changing the legal mechanism of withdrawal of such land for such purposes. Having analyzed the relevant legal and regulatory framework. The author offers solutions to the problems identified.
