Changes in central hemodynamics in kidney diseases

The article discusses various clinical aspects of cardiovascular pathology in patients with chronic kidney diseases without severe impairment of their function. It was revealed that in people of working age with preserved kidney functions, arterial hypertension, coronary artery disease, left ventricular hypertrophy and chronic heart failure are observed significantly more often in chronic glomerulonephritis. The parameters of intrarenal hemodynamics are characterized by higher resistance indices and pulsation indices of intrarenal arteries compared to patients without cardiovascular pathology.
