The work estimated the change rate of immunological and haematological sheep blood counts under the impact of 1,6 mGr/year absorbed dose. The study was held in autumn/spring from 2017 until 2019 in agrarian landscapes of Krasnoyarsk krai. The explored agrarian landscapes had different technogenic load due to different specific activities of 137 Cs in farm, pasture and hay fields components (soil and feed) of agrobiocenosis as well as different gamma background on pasture areas. The investigations were held in 2017-2019 at the department of Institute of Applied Biotechnology and VeterinaryMedicine, Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University. The phagocytic activity of leukocytes was estimated «in vitro» with latex particles application opsonised by proteins of pool sheep serum. The erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), the number of formed blood elements were determined according to standard methods. The results obtained from 49 sheep of Romanovskaya breed of 30,9+-3,5 months old were estimated in the work. As a result, it was found that haematological parameters were in the rate of standard indicators in sheep that were on the territory with 0,9 mGr/year and 1,6 mGr/year annual doses. It has been shown that 1,6 mGr/year dose significantly reduces phagocytic neutrophil activity by 1,6 and increases the number of leukocytes and erythrocytes in small cattle peripheral blood.
