The article reveals current issues about changes in the work of the human body under various physical exertion. Thanks to physical exercise, the human body produces the most important indicators for maintaining or improving health for different age groups. The article discusses the types of physical activity, and what actions they have on the body. The data on the positive influence of physical culture on the human condition are presented. It is noted that sports not only strengthen health, but also eliminate fatigue, increase the level of efficiency, promote the normal functioning of the body, protect against unwanted overloads and diseases. Regular physical exercise, a balanced diet, and proper sleep patterns help strengthen the body's natural resistance to various adverse environmental factors, such as diseases, infections, changes in atmospheric pressure, and ambient temperatures.
