Change and termination of the state (municipal) contract under the federal law «About the contract system in the sphere of purchase of goods, works, services for provision of the government and municipal needs» from 05.04.2013 №44-FL

The article deals with the modification and termination of the contract by agreement of the parties, unilaterally and judicially in accordance with the Federal law «Оn the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs» from 05.04.2013 г. № 44-FZ. The analysis of the civil legislation carried out by the author revealed the problematic moments connected with change and termination of the state (municipal) contract.
