Actual issues of climate change are currently one of the most important issues both for domestic industry and all sectors of the national economy, but also for the federal and regional government. All these issues should be actively implemented into national agenda and federal regulation (federal, regional, and other). At the same time, in this context the issue of active involvement in these global processes, together with other leading countries and world economy is very actual for Russia. Establishing of a large-scale expert dialogue between government, business and industry, research and academic institutions on the whole broad agenda of climate change is key priority and factor and will help clearly define national goals and priorities in this sphere. This is also very important to determine Russia s climate change agenda with the obligatory consideration of all national priorities, as well as solving challenges and tasks in the field of ensuring the economic and national security of the Russian Federation.
