To understand the nature of the influence of a pulsed magnetic field on the antibacterial properties of benzylpenicillin sodium salt against Escherichia coli M-17 bacteria, an exploratory study of benzylpenicillin sodium salt powder under X-ray radiation was performed. Corresponding diffraction patterns were obtained, reflecting the changes occurring in the antibiotic molecule after the impact of a PMF on the drug. The fact of disorganization of the crystal lattice of powdered benzylpenicillin under the influence of a pulsed magnetic field with a strength of (2÷7) 106 A/m has been established.
