Changing the norms of law as a reason for the cancellation of a court decision on the recognition of a normative legal act as invalid

The article considers the problem associated with changing the law during the consideration of a court case. According to the author, the most acute problem is manifested in such a category of cases as the recognition of normative legal acts as invalid. The difficulty is seen in the fact that the subject of proof in this category of cases includes not only the establishment of the content of the law, but also the determination of the moment when legal relations with the participation of the plaintiff arose.
