They studied the performance of brain electrical activity characteristics produced by light sports activity of athletes. The measures were done before the athletes were fatigued. Slowing of the biological currents of the brain was determined by performing local work, which is accompanied by the appearance of theta rhythm in the event of the state of fatigue, and the theta rhythm develops in athletes much later than in untrained. Interestingly, the local load at run time to exhaustion in athletes on average had 20% more than the untrained. Criteria changes brain activity were observed in persons practicing regular physical activity.
