Change of the paradigm of national safety in the risks economy

The article is devoted to the categorical definition of the modern global economic system, which is characterized by a critical increase in financial, technical-technological, political-economic, geo-economic and other uncertainties. The article consistently reveals the characteristics of modern society, which allowed the author to present a new political and economic concept that characterizes the current stage of development of society and the economy - the risks economy. The transformation of the modern economy into the economy of risks requires a corresponding change in the national security paradigm, which the article examines as an example of changing the paradigm bases during the training of engineers and economists for the national industrial complex of the Republic of Belarus.
