Changing the parameters of supply chain optimization in the post-crisis period

The consequence of changes in the international division of labor and restrictions caused by the non-financial crisis of 2020-2021 is an increase in the complexity of commercial logistics systems. Changes in the organization of logistics structures lead to the need for new approaches to modeling and optimizing supply chains during the crisis and in the post-crisis period. When modeling supply chains, it is necessary to take into account sanitary and sanctions restrictions, as well as a revision of the political and economic priorities of international trade. It is also necessary to replace the indicators of business performance targets, assessed by profitability parameters, with indicators that characterize the business sustainability. In addition, the increased complexity of production systems should be taken into account when modeling decision support.
