This article is devoted to the issues of changing the legal relationship of tenancy for employees. According to the author, being an independent stage in the development of a legal relationship, a change in the legal relationship of employment is possible only if its unity is preserved, where elements can be replaced without leading to the termination of the existing legal relationship. Changes in the legal relationship of tenancy for employees can occur both in the subject composition, as well as in the content and object. The most frequently encountered in practice and to a greater extent legally regulated can be recognized as a change in the legal relationship of tenancy for employees by subject composition. Significantly less common are cases of changes in the legal relationship of tenancy for employees for the object as a result of redevelopment (reconstruction) or major repairs of residential premises. The change in the content of such a legal relationship is always mediated either by a change in the subject composition, or by actions performed with the residential premises.
