The article considers the possibility of changing the conceptual approach to the transformation of homeowners institution by forming a community of owners of premises in an apartment building. According to the author, it will allow the owners to manage the common property in such a house. Discussed options for the introduction of the changes proposed by the author in all the apartment building management methods.
