Changes of systemic hemodynamics and utero-placental blood flow of pregnant women with preeclampsia and chronic hypertension

The results of the comparative study of the parameters of daily monitoring of blood pressure and parameters of the utero-placental blood flow of pregnant women with preeclampsia and chronic hypertension are presented. The most important criteria of differential diagnosis of chronic hypertension and preeclampsia had been identified, according to our data they were: the resistance index in uterine arteries, index of hypertension of systolic BP during the night, the magnitude of morning BP surge. The correlation between parameters of systemic hemodynamics and the fetus is shown.
