Change in social life conditions of the population of Buryatia in the beginning of the end of XX - early XXI cent

The article is devoted to social issues and transformations in the Republic of Buryatia in the period of economic reforms of the country. The author pays much attention to the change in the level of life in the republic. Socio-economic and political transformations in the country, carried out in the nineties, contributed to a radical change in the structure of society, raised many social problems and led to marginalization of population. Social problems became a reflection of the changes which had taken place in the country.
