Change of the pattern of requirements of the Tyumen region population

The article analyses the dynamics of the content and the structure of incomes and expenditures of inhabitants of the Tyumen region and the Tyumen region without autonomous districts, presents the dynamics of indicators of socio-economic development. The factors determining the degree of stratification of the population in the region are described. The authors suggest possible initiatives, which implementation at the level of regional authorities will reduce social tension in the society.
