Abstrakti: There is a rapid development in the computer technology industry. For 10 years, the graphics component of the game has made great strides, going from primitive without color bitmaps to a realistic beautiful view, looking at which is not always clear that the game screen or video shot on camera. And in consequence with it this article was written. The evolution of computer graphics in the period from 1970 to the present day is considered. And also touched upon, such as: the original methods of drawing objects (vector and raster graphics), the appearance of cut scenes (multimedia image), first-person view (three-dimensional graphics), shaders. The technologies motion capture and bump mapping, which give greater realism to the world and objects, are described.
