The survey involved 240 male firefighters aged 25-47 years divided into three groups according to the length of service: 1-6, 7-15, 16-25 years. At the beginning and end of the daily working shift, the parameters of central hemodynamics were determined by the method of thoracic tetropolar rheography. At the beginning of the shift, the rescuers of the first group of rescuers showed significantly high volumetric indicators of UO and SI and the time values of the IOC, UI, OSV in comparison with other groups and regulatory parameters. A day later they showed a tendency to establish a hemodynamic balance and compliance with regulatory indicators. In the second and third groups, against the background of the initial optimal state at the end of the shift, the excess of the standard volumetric and temporal parameters of the heart was detected against the background of a decrease in the OPS.
