Changes to the constitution - evidence of social transformations of the state

Laws, rules and norms in any society can be informal and formal. The first are legally unrecorded provisions on the order of the normal. The second are represented by official laws. Their combination is a hierarchical entity, on top of which is the Constitution. Generalizing the basic values, such a document is a regulator of relations between the government and society, which suggests the possibility of its adjustment in accordance with the actual needs of society.
