The features of thermodynamics characteristics of red blood cells bilayer and phosphoinositides composition of plasmic membrane in groups of rats, with deferent resistance to hypoxia were investigated. Spectral characteristics of red blood cells bilayer suggested about features of phases changes at the low-, middle- and high-resistance to hypoxia rats. Infrared IR-spectral analysis showed, that at the high-resistance to hypoxia rats after 75-days of exposition under high altitude (3200 m), the thermodynamics characteristics more variable and exceed by the amplitude of correspond indicators at the low- and middle-resistance animals. Measures of cell nuclear showed, that at low-resistance animals to 30-days of training in baro-chamber, processes of expression of genes was more significant and deep, that suggested that for organism of low-resistance rats it is necessary more radical changes of intracellular metabolism for providing adaptive homeostasis. Different strategy of adaptive modifications of phosphoinositides sources of messengers at the rats with different resistance to hypoxia gave evidence about possibility of formation individual adaptive models in response to identical outrageous influence.
