Supramolecular structure transformations of asphaltite and higher anthraxolite at high-energy radiation influence

The influence of high-energy radiation irradiation on the supramolecular structure of low- and high-metamorphized natural solid bitumen was studied by the atomic-power microscopy. The transformation so the molecular structure were estimated by IR-spectroscopy and X-ray diffractometry. It was determined that the elements of supramolecular structure were rebuilt, which was reflected in both the change of particle type (transformation of fibrous structure into globular structure in low-metamorphized bitumen), and the change of particle sizes (in highmetamorphized bitumen).
