Changes on land tax in 2019

Land tax is a cash payment made by individuals and legal entities to the state Treasury for the right to own land. All provisions are clearly described in the 31st Chapter of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and spread to all regions of the Russian Federation, but the local authorities have the right to change and adjust in accordance with the law.
