Changes of legal regulation of mass media: safety of the state or infringement of a freedom speech?

Purpose: To perform a comprehensive analysis of the last changes of mass media legal regulation. Methodology: Formal-legal method based on consistency and complexity was used. Results: In article the interrelation of the legislation changes of mass media legal regulation during the external political struggle including the media war is educed. Tightening of print media legal regulation as well as the legal regulation of the information which is spread through the internet expresses strengthening of the state control. Further to the pursued research the conclusion that there is a tendency to restricting free speech, which is held to security by the Constitution is drawn. Novelty/originality/value: Work is of the high scientific and practical value as is an attempt of complex consideration of last changes of mass media legal regulation.
