Changes of the Russian legislation on bankruptcy

Purpose: Carrying out the practical analysis of changes in the Russian legislation on bankruptcy. Methodology: Author used the formal-legal method and a method of the included supervision. Results: In article the main changes which happened recently in the Russian legislation on bankruptcy are opened. Novelty/originality/value: Article has a certain practical value as in it the analysis of actual law-enforcement problems is made.
