Changes in education, social and cultural life of Kadamzhai district of the Kyrgyz Republic

This article discusses in detail the formation of educational networks of the district. The role and place of education, its contribution to the development of the country, the implementation of state plans, the characteristics of the schools of the municipalities before the creation of the district, the dynamic indicators of the educational sphere were compared. The article reflects the targeted use of funds provided by the state for public education, nutrition of children in preschool educational institutions, medical care. The analysis of laws affecting the increase of qualified personnel for the main directorate of cinematography of the district, clubs, libraries, film installations is carried out. The financing of collective farms and state farms was taken into account when strengthening the material and technical base of the branches of education. Shortcomings in the supply of textbooks, writing materials and diaries were assessed.
