Changes detected in co-disease with coronavirus (COVID-19), post-operative rehabilitation and measures to eliminate them

Coronavirus infection is caused by a new strain of coronavirus - SARS-CoV-2, which is characterized by rapid spread and high mortality. The most common complication of a new form of coronavirus infection is bilateral pneumonia (microangiopathic viral diffuse alveolar lesion) with the development of acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) in 3-4% of patients. Some patients develop thrombosis and embolism-hypercoagulation syndrome, as well as damage to other organs and systems (central nervous system, myocardium, kidneys, liver, gastrointestinal tract, endocrine and immune systems), sepsis and septic shock.
