Dynamic accuracy of spacecrafts with the equipment of Earth remote sensing (including small ones) significantly depends on level of force and moment indignations operating from the party of working onboard electromechanical devices - inertial executive units of orientation systems on the basis of operating engine flywheels. For the purpose of minimization the vibroactivity and measurement of revolting forces and moments caused by residual unbalance of the rotating rotor flywheel of operated engine flywheels, the measuring module is developed. The technique for definition the revolting moments, based on using the experimentally defined values of vibration forces is offered.
