The research of development issues of non-governmental organizations of social service in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

This article deals with the research of development issues of non-governmental organizations of social service in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Denationalization process of social services field is concerned with many problems. For removing of development problems, we should improve the mechanism of non-governmental organization's supporting. The realization of intersectoral social partnership is important condition for private sector development in social services field.
