The article is devoted to the synthesis of magnesium gallate nanopowders by the modified Pechini method using various initial reagents: gallium oxide and gallium nitrate, respectively. The phase composition of the obtained samples was studied by X-ray phase analysis and the optimal reagent was determined in terms of obtaining a single-phase sample.
