Studying of hydrophilic fraction of leaves and fruits of nut Manchurian, growing in the south of Primorskiy Krai

The qualitative structure of hydrophilic fractions of leaves and fruits of nut of the manchurian J. mandshurica growing in the south of Primorskiy Krai is investigated. The revealed groups of substances: benzopyrones, tannins, flavonoids and naphthoquinones are steadily identified by numerical “chromatographic profile” during the whole vegetative period. Dynamics of accumulation the secondary metabolites is multidirectional and doesn't coincide for various groups of raw materials.
