Study and analysis of individual factors influencing the rate of crime by the example of Chelyabinsk region

In today’s world, along with material, human and intellectual resources, information has become the most important strategic resource, and the ability to work with it (analysis, synthesis, forecast) is the most valuable quality of a specialist. We believe that law enforcement agencies should have an understanding of the main factors affecting the crime rate in the served territory. In article considered major factors which infuence a condition of crime on the example of Chelyabinsk region are considered. Authors studied 7 major factors, the analysis of statistical data from 2010 to 2018 is carried out and the main conclusions are formulated following econometric models with drawing up the forecast of indicators of crime in Chelyabinsk region for 2019.
