Study and development in adolescents of personality of personal growth

In this article the peculiarities of the development of the need for personal growth during the adolescent period are considered. The process and factors of the development of teenagers' self-awareness are described. And also in the article the data of the empirical study of the development of the needs of personal growth in adolescents aged 13-14 years are presented. The study was carried out using a diagnostic technique and a correction-development program.
