The wide spread of Internet technologies, the processes of digitalization that have covered almost all traditional areas of communication and the channels of communication in the modern Russian conditions, have led to the extensive use of new technologies in political activities. Today we have a sufficient number of examples that show that in the XXI century new communication technologies are successfully used not only by traditional political institutions, but also by nonsystem political organizations, including nationalists. By the end of the first decade of the XXI century radical Russian nationalism in the Republic of Komi, and especially in the city of Syktyvkar, its political, cultural and socioeconomic center, has noticeably strengthened and been formed both organizationally and ideologically. The paper investigates the development of the Russian nationalist movement on the example of the "Frontier of the North" (FN) organization (Syktyvkar), the largest nationalist organization in the Republic of Komi, that acted from 2008 to 2016.By 2008, on the basis of this movement, national patriots were consolidated, as a result the most active members of the local ultraright movement of different views and generations united around this organization. Equally important in this study is the fact that a certain part of the young people who entered the "Frontier of the North" belonged to the extreme right skinhead subculture. A part of the organization was part of various Russian nationalist associations that had their branches in Syktyvkar. To communicate with each other, the members of the association actively used the new communication possibilities provided by the Internet technologies of the XXI century, including the achievements of modern telephony. Of particular importance is the analysis of a significant amount of messages through the internal mailing intended only for registered members of the organization "Frontier of the North". The author attempts to analyze the content of Internet messages through the internal mailing between the members of this association from November 2010 to February 2014.On the basis of the data obtained, conclusions are made about the themes, practical interests and ideological sentiments within the nationalist organization, which give an idea of the development trends of the youth radical movement in modern Russia.
