Study of the history and poetics of Komi literatur

The paper considers fifty years of experience in the development of Komi literary studies: from the time of the creation of the Institute of Language, Literature and History of the Komi Branch, USSR Academy of Sciences, to the present. The main directions of research work of literary critics are considered - the study of the regularities of the historical development of literature, the peculiarities of artistic understanding of reality, the identification of the role of an individual word-artist in the development of literature. Significant attention is paid to the aspects of research of genregeneric development of literature (works of V.A.Latysheva, V.N.Demin, A.E.Vaneev, V.V.Pakhorukova, T.L.Kuznetsova, A.V. Maleva, N.V.Gorinova, et al.), as well as the methodology for studying the creativity of an individual writer (the study of classical heritage, Kuratov heritage as a research direction for literary critics, work on writing biobibliographic dictionaries). In the field of view of the author is such a type of testing the research results, as a presentation at a scientific conference. Thus, the work on the preparation and holding of scientific conferences is regarded as one of the most important forms of activity of literary critics. The author also considers such a type of work of literature researchers as the preparation and publication of collected works of writers. The paper describes personal contribution of literary researchers to the study of the history and poetics of Komi literature. Special attention is paid to the largest and most significant publications. It is argued that not only literature, but also literary studies were significantly influenced by ideological, socio-political factors. The picture of the development of Komi literary studies is considered consistently, and this allows us to talk about the formation of traditions that consolidate the research team and make it possible to develop prospects for research areas in the sector.
